This Seller Agreement governs your use of ASOESTORE's platform as a seller. By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this agreement.

As a seller, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate product descriptions and images
• Maintaining adequate inventory levels
• Processing orders promptly and professionally
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

ASOESTORE LIMITED charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. Commission rates and payment terms will be communicated separately and may vary based on product category.

All product listings must be accurate and comply with our content guidelines. ASOESTORE LIMITED reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.

Sellers are responsible for shipping products to customers within Nigeria in a timely manner. You must provide tracking information and ensure products are properly packaged.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. ASOESTORE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate this agreement.
