Seller Performance

Asoestore may review seller performance based on:

  • Order fulfilment
  • Product accuracy
  • Customer complaints
  • Cancellation rates
  • Delivery performance

Poor performance may result in product removal, account restrictions, or suspension.

Seller identity

Every third-party seller on ASOESTORE is identified on applicable product listings. Seller names may appear on product pages and orders where applicable.

Seller verification

Sellers are required to provide business and identity information during onboarding. ASOESTORE may verify seller information before approving or maintaining a seller account.
